The Legacy
Deep Roots in the Emerald Fairways
Our journey began decades ago on the windswept dunes of the Atlantic coast. Founded by a family of championship caddies and golf historians, Irish Golf Tours was born from a singular mission: to share the raw, majestic beauty of Ireland's links with those who truly appreciate the game's heritage. We don't just book tee times; we curate pilgrimages to the holy grails of golf.
Today, we serve as the premier bridge for the International golfer seeking an authentic Irish experience. From the legendary heights of Old Head to the challenging corridors of The K Club Resort, our roots run deep within every clubhouse and coastal village. We understand that for our International guests, a trip to Ireland is more than a vacation—it is a homecoming to the spirit of golf itself.
Irish Hospitality
Accommodation Partners
A golf tour in Ireland is defined by where you rest your head as much as where you play your round. We hand-select Ireland's most prestigious estates—from Barberstown Castle (Irelands Ancient East Coast) to the Diamond Coast Hotel in Enniscrone (Wild Atlantic Way courses) —ensuring every night is a masterclass in world-class Irish service.
Castle Stays
Barberstown Castle Hotel
Barberstown Castle is a historic four-star, 13th-century castle located near Dublin, centrally positioned between four major motorway links in the heart of Ireland's Ancient East. A proud member of Ireland’s Blue Book, this property first displayed its splendor to the world when it opened as a guesthouse in 1971. Over eight centuries, it has maintained its elegance by sympathetically blending Victorian and Elizabethan extensions with the original Medieval Castle Keep of 1288.
It was a former home of the acclaimed Musician Mr. Eric Clapton from 1979 - 1987 where famous rockstars came to stay and played music into the early hours in our Green Room & Castle Keep.
